The International Tradesmen Association (UEB) Hosts Key Meeting for Academic Collaboration

As part of its academic collaboration efforts, the International Tradesmen Association (UEB) hosted an important meeting. Professors Akın Marşap and Halil İbrahim Kökçü from Istanbul Aydın University visited the Association to initiate discussions on the establishment of an Education Commission.

During the preliminary talks held as part of the visit, strategic steps were evaluated to address the educational needs of the tradesmen community. Ideas were exchanged regarding the structure, responsibilities, and objectives of the planned Education Commission within UEB.

The commission is expected to develop educational models that support the professional development of tradesmen, and to offer programs in areas such as digital transformation, entrepreneurship, marketing, and financial literacy. In this context, official work has already begun to determine the members of the commission.

UEB’s management emphasized that this strong cooperation with the academic world will play a key role in equipping tradesmen with the knowledge and skills needed to shape their future.
